Will Black

Head Coach

Will is one of the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainers you can find. If you need a strong motivational push but also want to be sure you’re training safely and correctly, Will is your guy!

Will is a CrossFit L1 and L2 coach and CrossFit L3 Candidate CrossFit Weightlifting L1 and assistant to CrossFit Weightlifting seminar staff, USAW Performance Coach L1 and USAW Performance Coach L2. He is currently holding the number 6 position in the nation as a masters 40-44 and American Masters Weightlifting Championship 3rd place.

Will’s experience throughout nearly 20 years includes assistant strength and conditioning coach at The University of Texas Football program, and personal trainer and director at numerous chain gyms.

With all of the effort I put into my work, there’s nothing like seeing the smiles from my non-competitive athletes, i.e. moms and pops or the ‘I just wanna feel better’ group.
