Will Black

Head Coach

Will is one of the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic trainers you can find. If you need a strong motivational push but also want to be sure you’re training safely and correctly, Will is your guy!

Will is a CrossFit L1 and L2 coach and CrossFit L3 Candidate (tons of reading and vids) CrossFit Weightlifting L1 and assistant to CrossFit Weightlifting seminar staff, USAW Performance Coach L1 and USAW Performance Coach L2 (pending). He is currently holding the number 6 position in the nation as a masters 40-44 and American Masters Weightlifting Championship 3rd place.

Will’s experience throughout nearly 20 years includes assistant strength and conditioning coach at The University of Texas Football program, and personal trainer and director at numerous chain gyms.

With all of the effort I put into my work, there’s nothing like seeing the smiles from my non-competitive athletes, i.e. moms and pops or the ‘I just wanna feel better’ group.

Assistant Coach

If you look up “passionate” in the dictionary you’ll find a picture of Brittany Chestnut. From a very young age, Brittany has strived to be the best in everything she does. She has a background in Softball, Swimming, Crossfit, Weightlifting, and Running.

In 2014, Brittany finished 7th at the Northwest CrossFit regional having been in the sport for less than a year. In 2016 she once again finished 7th at a now more competitive regional and just a week prior she finished 9th in the country as a 58kg weightlifter. She decided to go team for 2017 and after finishing 6th she felt it was time to restructure her life and dive into what she is really passionate about; helping others reach their fitness goals and improve their lives through training and coaching.

Brittany has a B.S. in Exercise Science and Human Performance an is also NASM, USAW and Crossfit L1 certified. She incorporates all aspects of her education and experience while working with a broad range of clients.
